Bruschetta with Pear and Cheese Recipe
This easy-to-prepare dish is appropriate as a snack for a festive table. A mix of crusty bread, the taste of sweet-nutty cheese and sweet pear with honey dressing and pine nuts will not leave anyone indifferent.

Instructions
Cut the baguette into 4 pieces about 1.5 cm thick.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Brown the baguette in a dry pan on both sides until golden brown.
Sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Put in the oven for 3 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
Cut the pear into thin slices.
Place the pear slices on top of the cheese.
Place in the oven for 5-7 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. Pour liquid honey and garnish with pine nuts.
