Instructions
Cut the chicken breast lengthwise into two parts.
Season with salt and pepper.
Roll in flour and fry in a pan in hot sunflower oil for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Place the fried breast in the prepared baking dish.
Put a slice of ham on each piece of breast. Top with a plate of cheese.
In a separate bowl, mix the sour cream, yolks, mustard, and flour.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon the filling over each piece of chicken breast.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 deg for 25-30 minutes.
