Ingredients
- 300 ml Drink oatmeal (you can buy oatmeal "not milk", and you can cook)
- 1 pieces Banana
- 1 tablespoon Cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon Coconut shavings
- 3 pieces Date (large)
- 0.25 teaspoons Vanilla sugar
- 0.25 teaspoons Cinnamon
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a blender bowl.
- Beat for 2 minutes at 1-2 speeds, then 3 minutes at the highest, if desired, add ice crumbs.
