Cucumber Salad "Surprise" Recipe
I suggest you try a simple salad of well-known products, but its taste is quite unusual. I really like fresh cucumbers, but I rarely eat them for a number of reasons. And yesterday in a cafe I decided to ask for a cucumber salad.

- That's all we need: two eggs, cucumber, ham, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and a little salt. I bought a ham in a package, sliced.
- Whisk small eggs into a soft mousse, add salt and cook two thin omelets in a frying pan with butter. Do not spare the butter, the pancake will turn out softer. While the eggs are cooling, cut the cucumber with a vegetable peeler or a knife into long strips, and also cut the ham. Add salt to the cucumber, but do not pour the juice. The cooled pancakes are also cut into strips.
- Now gently mix everything in the salad bowl. Prepare the dressing: mix 3 tablespoons of oil and 1 tablespoon of vinegar in a separate container and pour over the salad. Leave for 30 minutes, add salt if necessary.
- The salad turns out to be very juicy, hearty, can even serve as breakfast or a light dinner.
