Eggplant Rolls in Sesame Seeds Recipe
A quick and delicious eggplant snack. The dish is served chilled.
Instructions
Cut the eggplant into thin slices.
Fry the eggplant in a frying pan in sunflower oil until tender.
Place the fried eggplant on a paper napkin to drain the excess fat. Cool down.
In a separate bowl, mix the cottage cheese, salt, pepper and garlic passed through the press.
Add the chopped nuts and mix well.
On each plate of eggplant, put a small amount of cottage cheese filling ( I have a teaspoon).
Pieces of tomatoes.

Roll each roll in sesame seeds.
Leave in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
