Ingredients
- 1 piece Pita Bread
- Adygean cheese
- 1/2 pieces Tomato
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Slice the Adyghe cheese. Fry in olive oil for a couple of minutes on both sides.
- Remove the skin from the tomato and put it together with the cheese.
- Garnish with herbs, you can serve with bread or in our case it is pita bread!
