Kebabs with Turkey Smoke in the Oven Recipe
Aromatic and incredibly delicious kebabs of Turkey, mushrooms and vegetables in the oven. I cook in different variations almost every weekend. For those who in the city miss real kebabs, bonfires and recreation-the very thing!

Ingredients
- 500 gram Turkey (fillet)
- 6 pieces Champignons
- 2 pieces Bulgarian peppers
- 60 ml Vegetable oil
- 1 pack Marinade I take the marinade for the barbecue and grill
Instructions
- Wash the Turkey fillet, dry it, and cut it into pieces. Marinade for barbecue and grill mix with 50 ml of vegetable oil, marinate the Turkey for at least 1 hour.
- Cut the bell pepper in half, remove the seeds, and cut each half into 4 more parts. Cut the mushrooms into halves. Sprinkle the vegetables with oil and salt.
- Assemble the skewers: skewer a piece of meat, a piece of pepper and half a mushroom, then-in the same order.
- Put the skewers on a baking dish and cook in the oven at 210 degrees for about 40 minutes. Everything is ready! Serve with your favorite sauce and pita bread. Bon Appetit!
