  1. Wash the Turkey fillet, dry it, and cut it into pieces. Marinade for barbecue and grill mix with 50 ml of vegetable oil, marinate the Turkey for at least 1 hour.

  2. Cut the bell pepper in half, remove the seeds, and cut each half into 4 more parts. Cut the mushrooms into halves. Sprinkle the vegetables with oil and salt.

  3. Assemble the skewers: skewer a piece of meat, a piece of pepper and half a mushroom, then-in the same order.
