There are a lot of lemon pies on the site, there are some that are similar to this one. It's amazing. Just in case anyone wants to try this delicate lemon pie with sweet and sour icing!
Mix everything well and add the zest and juice of half a lemon (you can add the juice of a whole lemon).
Then add baking powder, mix thoroughly.
Cover the baking dish with paper (I have a diameter of 22-23 cm). Lay out the dough, smooth it out.
Bake in a preheated 190 degree oven until golden brown (about 20 minutes), but watch your oven. The time may vary depending on the oven.
Cool the cake slightly, carefully remove from the mold.
If desired, you can prepare the glaze: beat lemon juice (4 tbsp.l.) and 150 g of powdered sugar until a white viscous mass forms, pour over the cake.
