Marmalade Glaze Recipe
I had lemon marmalade, and I thought, why not try to make frosting from it. I tried it, it turned out delicious and fragrant! Great for cakes, cookies and pastries. That's how a very interesting, unusual, delicious glaze was prepared according to this recipe!

Ingredients
- 12 pieces Marmalade yellow, about 200 g
- 4 tablespoons Sugar
- 50 gram Butter
- 2 tablespoons Sour cream
Instructions
- You can take any marmalade - strawberry, lemon, apple, etc. - it's to your taste! I had yellow, lemon. Cut the marmalade into pieces in a small saucepan.
- Add sour cream, sugar and butter. Melt.
- When the mixture boils, cook, stirring, for 10-15 minutes. When the glaze starts to thicken a little and slowly gurgle, turn off the heat.
- Small pieces of marmalade should remain in the glaze. It turns out very nicely. Cool slightly and cover the cakes. Delicious and unusual!
