Mushroom Salad with Green Onions Recipe
A simple salad that was tasted at the diner. It is done very quickly. Suitable as a side dish to meat. It's worth it, and you can go to nature!

Instructions
Wash and rub the mushrooms well - do not remove the skin.
Cut lengthwise into quarters.
Chop the green onion (not very finely, so that the pieces are about half a piece of mushroom) and add to the mushrooms.
Finely chop the parsley and season with salt and pepper.
Add olive oil and lemon juice. I always add to the glaze, but it should turn sour. Mix well.
