Pickled Egg Yolks Recipe
Many people are already familiar with frozen yolks and have tried it. I suggest you try a snack from Yasuke Shimoki, the owner of a Japanese bar. This snack is served with sake. But just with rice it turns out delicious and unusual. A simple and at the same time unusual dish.

Ingredients
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 60 ml Soy sauce
- 30 ml Wine (white) semi-sweet, in the original Mirin vinegar
Instructions
- These are the products that we will need.
- Carefully separate the yolks from the whites. Transfer the yolks to a suitable container so that they can be filled with marinade.
- Mix mirin and soy sauce. If there is no mirin, then a semi-sweet white wine will do. Close the container and put it in the refrigerator for 8 hours.
- In 8 hours, the yolks will be covered with a strong shell, and inside there will be a thick yolk soaked in sauce. And if you hold it for a day, the yolks will turn amber and even thicker.
- Together with rice, it is very tasty. Enjoy your meal!
