Salad "Green" Recipe
Very easy to prepare salad. Cook quickly and enjoy.

Cut cucumbers into strips, chop garlic, finely chop herbs and olives. Slice the lettuce leaves with your hands.
Pour garlic oil into a cup, add garlic, a pinch of ground black pepper and soy sauce. Mix well.
In a working bowl, put the sliced cucumbers, herbs, olives and lettuce leaves. Add the prepared dressing. Mix gently.
We put them on plates and serve our salad.
