Cut the cucumber into slices (I have 3 cm). Make cups, gently peeling the pulp so as not to damage the bottom.
Grate the egg on a fine grater.
Finely chop the shrimp, leaving a few pieces for decoration.
Cucumber pulp is also crushed.
Mix the shrimp, cucumber, egg. Season with mayonnaise.
If desired, add salt and sprinkle with black pepper.
The resulting salad is filled with our cucumber cups and decorated with shrimp and herbs!!
