Salad with bell pepper, egg and green onion. A very simple and delicious salad!

  1. Finely chop the pepper.
  2. Boil the eggs and chop them finely.
  3. Finely chop the onion.
  4. We spread the salad in layers. 1 layer: eggs; 2 layer: onion; 3 layer: pepper. Repeat the layers 2 times. We lubricate each layer with mayonnaise. Serve in dessert vases, in portions.
