Salad with Peas and Seaweed Recipe
Indeed, there are not so many salads, so I would like to offer a simple, hearty and delicious salad with sea cabbage. There are not many products needed for it, and the result is always pleasing both on weekdays and at the festive table.

Ingredients
- 1 piece Beet (boiled)
- 2 pieces Potatoes (boiled)
- 200 gram Seaweed
- 400 gram Green peas (canned)
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- Allspice to taste
Instructions
- Cut the beetroot into cubes. Pour into a deep bowl.
- Cut the potatoes into small cubes. We send it to the beetroot.
- Cut the onion into cubes. If you are afraid that it will be bitter, pour boiling water for 15 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl.
- Cut the seaweed into small pieces. Transfer to a bowl.Cut the seaweed into small pieces. Transfer to a bowl.
- Last of all, add canned green peas. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add mayonnaise and mix well.
- Place in a salad bowl or serve in portions using a cooking surface. Decorate to taste. For decoration, I used parsley, egg whites and green peas.
