  1. Cut the chicken fillet into strips and fry. Then add the soy sauce and simmer under the lid until tender.
  2. Blanch the string beans for 5-6 minutes, then flip them into a colander and let the water drain.
  3. Zucchini cut into slices or cubes and lightly fry.
  4. Cut the pepper without seeds into cubes, add to the zucchini, add a little salt and continue to fry, stirring, until cooked.
  5. Put the string beans, zucchini, pepper and chicken in a salad bowl. Pepper it. Add 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar (I have homemade apple cider vinegar) and chopped herbs. Basil will do well, I added green onions. Mix well.
