Sour Cream Dessert with Strawberries and Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
- 450 gram Sour Cream (15%)
- 2 tablespoons Sugar powder
- 1 pack Cream thickener
- 3 pieces Cookies
- 200 gram Strawberries fresh
Instructions
- Break the cookies (or cut into cubes). Put the cooled sour cream in the whipping container, add powdered sugar, mix the contents with a mixer. Without stopping the mixer, add a thickener to the sour cream, beat the cream at high speed for 1-2 minutes. Put the cookies in the sour cream, mix.
- Cut a few strawberries into thin slices, cut the remaining strawberries into small pieces. In high glasses (4 pieces of 200 ml each), put layers of sour cream with cookies and sliced strawberries. Decorate the dessert with strawberry plates on top.
- Dessert is ready, you can immediately serve it to the table.
