Ingredients
Dough:
- 200 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 100 gram Sugar
- 120 gram Butter
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 135 gram Cream
- 40 gram Coconut shavings to taste
- 1 pack Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 230 gram Cottage cheese
- 1 pack Vanilla sugar
Cream:
- 130 gram Sugar powder
- 120 gram Butter
- 1 pack Vanilla sugar
Filling:
- 50 gram Jam I used strawberry
Instructions
- Beat with a mixer: sugar, butter, egg for 2-3 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, sift the flour with baking powder, salt and coconut chips.
- Add the cream and flour to the butter mixture in turn and in parts. Gently whisk everything with a whisk.
- Next, distribute the dough into the molds (fill about 2/3 of the molds with the dough). Bake for about 20-25 minutes in a preheated 170 degree oven.
- The cupcakes are ready, take them out and let them cool.
- As the cupcakes cool down, make a small incision in the middle and put the strawberry jam there.
- If desired, you can add dyes to the cream and decorate cupcakes.
