Apple and Mint Iced Tea Recipe
Sweet and sour refreshing drink with mint flavor. That's something! I recommend everyone to try instead of harmful soda. My drink turned out to be thick and opaque because I used homemade apple juice without sugar. If you use lightened, the final product will look more elegant.

Cook Time 30 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 liter Apple juice
- 1/2 glass Powdered sugar in my glass 230 ml
- 1 teaspoon Black tea leaf
- 1/4 glass Mint fresh leaves, chopped
- Ginger root, 3 cm piece, peeled, cut into thin slices
Instructions
- Mix apple juice, powdered sugar and 2 cups of cold water in a saucepan over low heat. Stir for 3-4 minutes until the powdered sugar dissolves. That's what it says in the recipe, but I suggest adding sugar at the end so that the dish doesn't get too sweet. For example, I didn't put it on at all. Add the ginger and bring to a boil. Turn down the heat and cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat, add tea and mint, let it brew for 10 minutes. Pour into a jug (after straining), cover and refrigerate overnight or until completely cooled.
- Serve with ice and mint leaves. Enjoy your meal!
