Beet Salad Recipe
Easy, delicious, fresh! Low-calorie, perfect for fasting days.

Instructions
Start with the fact that the salt in this recipe I used instead of salt and seasoning soy sauce.
Wash beets and bake in foil in the oven about 1 hour.
Cool, cut into cubes or as I have triangles.
Spinach, arugula and leaf beets rinse and dry it.
All greens grown in my garden, that eating salad is even more enjoyable!

Cut leaf beet-Swiss chard.
In a bowl, combine the beets and greens.
Season with olive oil and soy sauce.
