Ingredients
- 200 gram Beetroot (boiled or baked)
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 pieces bacon
- 2 tbsp Raisin
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Processed cheese
Instructions
- Grate the boiled beets on a coarse grater.
- Cut a couple of strips of raw bacon finely and fry in a dry pan until lightly crunched, cool.
- Add the bacon and raisins to the beets and add a little salt.
- Season the salad with soft melted cheese and stir.
