Boats of Squash with the Turkey on the Grill Recipe
Many people cook and love stuffed zucchini! But if it's a dish to prepare in the form of boats, with a juicy stuffing from the Turkey, and besides on the grill... then no words can describe how delicious it is! It is better to cook once, I highly recommend it! In addition, this is a very healthy, low - calorie dish and is prepared-quickly!

Ingredients
- 4 pieces Squash young 20 cm long
- 450 gram Turkey minced meat
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Coriander or other herbs, to taste
Instructions
- Add the egg to the minced meat and stir well. then add garlic through a press, chopped coriander, pepper, cut into small pieces. Add salt and pepper, add spices to taste, and mix. Divide the minced meat into 4 parts.
- Wash the zucchini, cut in half lengthwise, remove the core with the seeds, forming boats, stuff with minced meat, flatten tightly.
- Fix the boats inside the grill.
- In high heat (even better with fire, just watch carefully), fry the side with minced meat, until a crust forms.
- Then fry as usual, turning until the zucchini is ready (minced meat is prepared faster). I never grill zucchini until it's completely soft, always leave a little crunch)
- Serve with vegetables, sauces or just like that!
