Ingredients
Dough:
- 300 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 3 pieces Egg yolk
- 3 tablespoons Sunflower oil
- 2 pinches Salt
- 100 ml Water
Filling:
- 150 gram Sour cream thick
- 150 gram Cottage cheese
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- 3 pieces Onion
- 8 slices bacon
- White pepper to taste
- Seasoning to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt. Add the yolks and stir. Add sunflower oil and water. Knead an elastic, slightly sticky dough.
- For the filling, mix cottage cheese with thick sour cream, add nutmeg, salt and pepper. I also added some dried herbs - an Italian mix.
- Roll out the dough into a layer and place it on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Place the filling on the dough and spread it over the entire surface.
- Cut three medium-sized onions into rings or half rings. Spread the onion over the surface of the pie.
- Cut the bacon into strips.
- Sprinkle the pie with bacon.
- Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 15-20 minutes until the edges of the pie turn Golden. Adjust the time and temperature according to your oven.
