Cabbage Salad with Nuts Recipe
The salad is light, has a spectacular taste and is interesting in itself, because in addition to the usual ingredients, roasted peanuts were added to it, which gave it a slightly crispy texture and aroma inherent only in this earthy "nut".

- 250 gram Red cabbage
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 60 gram Onion red
- 3 pieces Egg
- 60 gram Peanut
- 0.3 teaspoons Salt
- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
Instructions
- Finely chop the cabbage and rub it with salt.
- Fry the peanuts in a dry frying pan for 5-6 minutes, peel and chop.
- Boil the eggs. Finely chop the eggs, cucumber - strips, red onion - half rings. Chop the cabbage and add all the ingredients.
