Carrot, Pea and Egg Salad Recipe

A simple salad of boiled carrots, fresh green peas with egg and mayonnaise, however, is very tasty, which, I am sure, will diversify your home menu.

  1. Boil the eggs and carrots: hard-boiled eggs, carrots - until tender - and peel.
  2. Frozen green peas are boiled in unsalted water for about 3 minutes. Rinse under cold running water and let the water drain.
  3. Grate the eggs and carrots on a coarse grater.
  4. Add the green peas.
  5. Cut the onion into small cubes and add to our ingredients.
  6. And the final touch: add olive mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste, mix everything well. Our salad is ready!
