Cucumber Salad with Avocado Sauce Recipe

- 5 pieces Lettuce leaves
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 1 piece Avocado
- 2 teaspoons Sesame
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 piece Carrot
- 1 piece Onion red
- 20 gram Ginger (ground)
- 2 tablepsoons Balsamic
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- Allspice to taste
Instructions
- Sesame seeds are fried in a frying pan until light golden brown.
- Cut carrots, onions, ginger root into small pieces and load into a blender bowl. Add balsamic, honey, mayonnaise, a mixture of salt, pepper and grind to a homogeneous consistency. If the sauce is too thick, add a couple of tablespoons of vegetable broth or just water.
