Chicken Gherkins with Nectarines Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 pieces Chicken
- 100 gram Butter
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
- 4 pieces Nectarine 1 for oil 3 for decoration

Instructions
- Make a puree from one nectarine using an immersion blender, you can leave the skin.
- Add lemon zest, turmeric and garlic to the butter.
- Combine the nectarine puree, oil and grind well again with an immersion blender.
- Cut the chickens along the breast and unfold them like a tobacco chicken. Season with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Divide the flavored butter into the chickens equally and leave a little to decorate the nectarine.
- Push the oil under the skin of the chickens.
- Bake the chickens in the oven on the grill, collecting the released oil and pouring it over the chickens.
- 10-15 minutes before cooking, put the nectarine halves stuffed with the remaining oil in the oven.
