Baked Potatoes with Pork Rinds Recipe
Usually we prepare 4 dishes from potatoes - baked, boiled, mashed, or fried in a frying pan. This recipe is slightly different from the usual cooking, as it combines 2 stages of baking in one recipe. The first stage allows you to bake potatoes in their own juice without losing useful substances. The second stage gives a beautiful baked crust. This recipe goes for everyday dinners. Instructions
- Wash potatoes are clean, we use only fresh potatoes with a young peel.
- We wrap each one in foil and send it to the oven at a temperature of 120 degrees for 90 minutes
- Cut the fat into cubes not finely, about 1 cm, cut the greens, onion in half rings.
- Fry the lard until half cooked together with onions and herbs
- We took the potatoes out of the foil, cut them into a mold, 0.7-1 cm thick plates
- Add lard and herbs to the mold
