I want to share a recipe for chicken sauce based on kiwi and cream. The taste of chicken is delicate, creamy, with a piquant sourness, a pleasant light aroma of kiwi.

  2. First, prepare the marinade. In a bowl, mix vegetable oil, mustard, honey, half a teaspoon of salt and ground black pepper (a couple of turns of the meat grinder), seasoning for chicken.
  3. Carefully smear the chicken pieces with marinade and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes, you can do it longer, but then why not use a sauce with kiwi, which also perfectly softens any meat. And I want to get not only soft meat, but also an exotic note.
  4. Peel and slice the kiwi at random, measure out the cream. Cream, if desired, can be replaced with fatty sour cream. The main requirement for kiwi is that the fruit must be ripe, sour and sweet, otherwise the sauce will turn out to be too sour and this will make itself felt after baking.
  5. Whisk it with a blender. Be sure to taste the sauce (if you have listed it after all, adjust the taste with honey or sugar), the sourness should be pleasant.
  6. Pour the sauce over the chicken and put it to bake in the oven at 180 degrees (focus on your oven) for 30-40 minutes.
  7. String beans in flour sauce are used as a side dish.
  8. Ready!
