Ingredients
Dough:
- 170 gram Butter
- 100 gram Sugar
- 30 gram Coconut shavings
- 1 pinch Salt
- 350 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 80 gram Sour cream
Streusel:
- 100 gram Butter
- 130 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 50 gram Coconut shavings
- 100 gram Sugar
Filling:
- 650 gram Apricot
Instructions
- Dough: in a bowl, combine the pieces of cold butter, sugar and coconut flakes. Add a pinch of salt and flour.
- RUB your hands into a crumb.
- Add egg and sour cream. Knead the dough, collecting it in a ball. The dough is soft, smooth, not sticky to the hands.
- For the streusel: combine the sugar, flour and coconut flakes in a bowl.
- Add pieces of butter.
- RUB your hands into a crumb.
- Cover the baking dish with parchment (the size of the form is 27 cm x 20 cm), spread the dough on the bottom of the form and form the sides.
- Put the apricot halves on top.
- Sprinkle evenly with streusel. Send the pie to bake in a preheated 190-degree oven for 50-55 minutes (focusing on the Golden top of the pie and the features of your oven).
- Remove the finished pie from the oven and let it cool.
