Eggplant and Egg Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 piece Eggplant
- 2 pieces Egg
- 1 piece Onion red
- 0.1 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cut the eggplant into strips and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown. Boil the egg for 10 minutes. Finely chop the red onion. Put on a dish, add mayonnaise.
