Ingredients
- 3 pieces Eggplant
- 6 pieces Tomato
- 200 gram mozzarela
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- Garlic to taste
- Vegetable oil
- Lemon juice to taste
Instructions
- Eggplant wash and peel.
- Cut into strips.
- Cut the tomato and mozzarella randomly.
- Fry the eggplant in vegetable oil. Add soy sauce and a little ground garlic. Fry until tender. We spread the eggplant, tomatoes and mozzarella on a plate. If desired, sprinkle with lemon juice.
