Fried Mushrooms with Sour Cream Recipe
This is the simplest, unpretentious and quick recipe for fried mushrooms with onions in a frying pan with sour cream. The result is always excellent. The mushrooms will turn out juicy and delicious. Suitable for any side dish. It's amazing!

- 700 gram Champignons
- 2 pieces Onion
- 200 gram Sour cream
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the washed mushrooms into four parts. If the mushrooms are large, cut them into small pieces.
- Cut the onion into half rings.
- Preheat a frying pan, add vegetable oil and lay out the mushrooms. Fry the mushrooms over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Fry the mushrooms until all the liquid has evaporated.
- Add the onion and stir. Fry the mushrooms and onions until golden brown.
