In fact, the whole secret is in this cooking technology, which does not allow the oil to be absorbed, and it is prepared in a matter of minutes.

- Wash the potatoes (you can not clean them) and cut them in any way you like. The main thing is that the pieces are not small. I like it best with 2-3 cm cubes. This time I made slices. Arrange the potatoes on a plate so that they do not touch each other. Turn on the microwave at full power and cook the potatoes for 3-7 minutes until "almost ready". It all depends on your microwave!
- While the potatoes are cooking, preheat the pan, add the oil and when ready, the potatoes themselves. Fry until Golden brown, do not cover with a lid. This will take about 5-7 minutes.
