Instructions
To begin with, prepare all the ingredients, peel the apple and kiwi.
Grate an apple on a fine grater (you can use a blender or a food processor). Transfer the resulting applesauce to the bowl in which we whisk.
Similarly, wipe the kiwi (only directly over the bowl so that the juice flows directly there).

Pour in the kefir and add the cinnamon.
Beat everything with a mixer (or in a blender).
Wipe the resulting mass through a sieve.
