Gazpacho with Tiger Prawns Recipe
A very beautiful and interesting snack is perfect for strong alcoholic beverages, especially vodka. It is something like vegetable juice in a small cup and shrimp on a skewer. Surprise your guests with this interesting combination!

Ingredients
- 2 pieces Tomatoes
- 2 pieces Bulgarian pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
- 3 pieces Shrimp
- 1 teaspoon Sweet paprika
Instructions
- Place tomatoes in boiling hot water for 1-2 minutes, then in cold water. Thus, the skin is easily removed from them.
- Bake the peppers in a preheated oven to 200 degrees until a golden crust forms, then put them in a bag. Leave for about 10 minutes. Thus, the skin is easily removed from them.
- In a blender bowl, mix chopped tomatoes, peppers (all without skin), garlic (optional) and paprika.

- I already had the shrimp cooked, so I just poured boiling water over them. Prick on skewers and put on top.
