Instructions
- For the pea puree, I'll take half a jar of green peas in glass. Leaning back in a colander to drain the liquid. I'll need more cottage cheese, garlic, and salt. Add garlic to taste. I took 1 clove. I might not even salt it, but I'll take a pinch of salt. I put everything in the shredder and broke it. It is not necessary to break the mass until smooth, let there be felt pieces of peas quite a bit. Mashed potatoes are ready. My prawns were frozen and small. I filled them with boiling water, they thawed and then I cleaned them.
- I'll make canapes on homemade cookies. I do not need large cookies, because I have small shrimp. I will make the dough the way I make it on tartlets. I sifted the flour into a bowl, added a pinch of salt, chopped the butter into small pieces and rubbed it into crumbs with my hands. I separated the yolk from the egg and added it to the butter crumbs. I kneaded the dough and rolled it into a ball. The dough doesn't stick to your hands. Put it in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
- I took out the dough, rolled it out with a rolling pin into a layer, 0.5 cm thick approximately, and cut out circles D~4 cm with a glass. I need a small cookie. Shrimps are small and I get canapes for "one bite". Pricked a cookie with a fork. Put it on a non-stick form. You can use a baking Mat or cover the baking sheet with baking paper. Put in a preheated oven to t-200 C for 10 minutes. Be guided by your oven. Cookies are baked very quickly. Don't let it burn! I got 17 pieces of cookies. Put the cookies on a serving plate. With a teaspoon, I put pea puree on it and stuck it in the shrimp. Sprinkle everything with finely chopped green onions.
