For the sauce, mix the orange juice, cranberry sauce and sugar. Boil over low heat for ten minutes until thickened.
Cut the Camembert circle into 8 sections and roll it in Flaxseed. It can be successfully replaced with sesame.
Fry the cheese slices in hot oil on all sides.
Tear or slice the salad leaves and put them on a serving plate.
Put the fried Camembert on the leaves and pour the hot sauce over it. Serve immediately.
