Cooking Spring salad is as easy as shelling pears:
- Pour boiling water over instant vermicelli and leave for a few minutes
- Boil and peel eggs, cut into cubes
- Drain the noodles and leave to cool
- Wash and cut cucumbers
- Cut the sausage into cubes
- Dice the onion
- Chop greens
Add all ingredients to the vermicelli. Season with salt and mayonnaise.
