Key Lime Soufflé Recipe
A delicate sweet souffle with a pleasant sourness will not leave anyone indifferent. Souffle is prepared simply and quickly. The souffle resembles a cottage cheese casserole, but is softer and more airy. It is delicious both warm and cold.

Ingredients
- 2 pieces Egg
- 100 ml Milk
- 140 gram Sugar
- 80 gram Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 25 gram Coconut shavings
- 3 tablespoons Juice (Lime)
- 40 gram Butter
Instructions
- Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance. Measure out the ingredients.
- Mix the butter and sugar.
- Add egg yolks, lime juice and milk.
- Mix it up.
- Add flour, baking powder and coconut chips.
- To mix.
- Add the whipped whites to peaks.
- Mix gently.
- Put the dough into small ceramic molds.
- Put the molds on a baking sheet, pour boiled water into the pan up to half.
- Bake the souffle at 180 degrees until golden brown and the sticks dry. It took me 25 minutes.
