My lentils turn out red and very quick to cook.
Also boil in unsalted water with the addition of 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to reduce the formation of foam. It took me 15 minutes from the moment of boiling. It is better to add salt to the beans at the end of cooking or directly into the finished product itself.
Strain the lentils and pasta. Connect them together. Add butter, seasonings and salt to taste.
