Instructions
- Mix the oil and lemon juice, add salt, add spices to taste.
- Prepare the ingredients. Cut the turkey fillet into small pieces.
- Grate the cucumber on a coarse grater and squeeze out the juice.
- Slice the tomato.
- Separate the cooked yolks from the whites, grate on a fine grater.
- Chop the greens.
- Lay out layers in a beautiful glass. The first layer of turkey, then cucumber, pour the juice with oil.
- Next, tomatoes, also pour in a little juice with butter, yolks, herbs, pour the remaining oil.
