Everything you need to make parfait (strawberries are still in the refrigerator).
Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites with a mixer. Honey is added to them. Beat the yolks, too.
Combine the yolks with the whites, honey and beat. Whipped cream.
In the egg-honey mass, transfer the whipped cream and half of the grated strawberries and whisk until smooth.
Cover the baking dish with foil and pour the whipped mass into it. Cover the top edges with foil and put in the freezer for 3-4 hours until completely solidified (I froze the parfait for four hours). The cooking time of the parfait took 30 minutes. Whipping takes only 20 minutes, slicing and decorating - 10.
Cut the parfait into pieces, put it in cremans, vases, sprinkle with grated strawberries on top.
