Carrot and Curd Parfait Recipe
Parfait (French for "parfait") means "perfect, magnificent". This is such a dessert, I combined the idea of my favorite carrot casserole and a way to prepare the filling of the beloved "Curd pie with black currant", so this miracle was born! Welcome to the table!!!
