- 400 gram Pasta
- 1 jar Green olives
- 500 gram Chicken fillet
- 150 gram Dried tomatoes
- Rosemary dry
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Boil the pasta in boiling salted water until ready.
- Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and put it out in oil from dried tomatoes or olive oil. You can also fry it. Let's add a little salt.
- We drain the brine from the olives, cut them into rings.
- Dried tomatoes, if they are salty, can be kept in boiled water for a while, and then cut into pieces. Drain the water from the pasta, throw it on a sieve. Mix it with chicken, olives and tomatoes. Add rosemary. Pour a little oil from a jar of dried tomatoes. When serving, you can sprinkle with grated cheese, but even without it, the pasta is good.
