Ingredients
- 1 piece Carrot
- 100 gram Ham
- 60 gram Cheese hard
- 1 clove Garlic
- 100 gram Corn (canned)
- 50 gram Breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp Sour cream
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- 1. Grate raw carrots on a Korean grater. 2. Cut the ham into thin slices. 3. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
- 4. Add crackers and canned corn to carrots, ham and cheese. 5. Pass the garlic through the press. 6. Season the salad with salt to taste and season with sour cream.
