Salad
- 2 pieces Beet boiled
- 1 piece Peach
- Arugula
- Leaf beet
- 1 handful Pumpkin seeds
- 100 gram feta cheese
Instructions
- For the salad we will need.
- Cut cheese, peaches and beets into cubes.
- Wash the lettuce leaves, dry them and add pumpkin seeds.
- Mix with chopped beets, peaches and feta.
- Squeeze the juice from the orange, add sugar and butter, put on fire, cook, stirring, at a strong boil, until the sauce is half evaporated. Non-parliamentary. Add the resulting sauce to the salad.
