Ingredients
- 4 pieces Potato
- 1 piece Carrot
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 jar Seaweed
- 1 jar Green peas (canned)
- 5 tbsp Vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Boil potatoes and carrots in the skin, cool.
- Peel the vegetables, cut into small cubes, put in a salad bowl. Add finely chopped onion.
- With peas and seaweed drain the liquid, add to the rest of the vegetables.
- Season the salad with vegetable oil, salt, and mix. Ready.
