Salad
- 15 pieces Shrimp
- 1/2 bunch Romano
- 8 pieces Cherry tomatoes
- 20 gram Parmesan
- 1 tablespoon Sesame
Dressing
- 150 gram Yogurt
- 1 tablepsoon Sunflower oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
Instructions
- Fry sesame seeds in a hot frying pan until the seeds begin to crumble. This is done in order to reveal the nutty flavor.
- We put the frozen shrimps on a hot frying pan. when the ice melts, drain the water. Add a little oil and fry on both sides until tender.
- While the shrimp are cooking, we prepare the sauce. Add the garlic and butter passed through the press to the yogurt and mix until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
- I'm picking a salad. We put the coarsely chopped lettuce leaves in the plates.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves and arrange them on the lettuce leaves.
- Lay out the finished peeled shrimp.
- Pour over the sauce and sprinkle with grated parmesan.
- At the end, sprinkle the salad with sesame seeds.
